(1956) Ltd General Contractor, Page & Steele and John Andrews Project Architects, and Ewbank, Pillar & Associates Ltd. Consulting Engineers were all involved in the construction. Photograph is yellowing, creased, torn, scratched, stained, and shows signs of loss, causing delamination.
